As leaders we are responsible for motivating others, and for long-term motivation we need the type of belief that only comes from results. While we should never stop doing this directly (not something to outsource or totally delegate away), it feels most rewarding when another team member takes the lead and produces results, which in turn creates belief in a new growth initiative; when multiple leaders in the organization are achieving results and sharing their story, the potential for growth is endless. #proudofmcci
